A. RETURN POLICY:
Free returns are available if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will be refunded for the amount paid excluding any shipping costs.
Exclusions and Restrictions apply on the following rules. If items are returned, refunds will not be issued on the following conditions:
No returns allowed on items purchased from other retailers or other sources. Purchases and returns are only allowed through our official website directly.
Purchases made during promotions, activations or items on sale / clearance are non-refundable. Please check the promotional items and/or period terms and conditions as it may vary.
No returns and/or refunds allowed if product is less than 80% used.
B. RETURN PROCESS:
You must initiate a return by submitting and sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (include your order number and item return number, and subject line as "Return").
A pre-paid return shipping label has been provided inside your order to return your item(s) and should be used for your return. The return packing slip MUST be completed and included in your return package, otherwise a refund will not be processed.
For all returns outside the US please contact email@example.com to obtain an international return label.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been received and complete.
Once your order is processed, an updated email notification with tracking information will be sent to you. If you have not receive your tracking details, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
D. UNRECEIVED ORDER
We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 10 days of processing, please email email@example.com.
Please include your contact information and order number for review. Please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods including holidays, launches and promotions.
E. ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are not available due to our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.
At this time, we ship to addresses that are located within the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada and Australia only.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). This applies to all orders including international orders and with all currency conversions equal or more than the amount of $75. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.

G. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping is available to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs. (Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses is only available within the US)
Delivery to PO Boxes may take 5-12 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.
Please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your address.
Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.
H. Shipping Fragrances Restrictions:
Unfortunately, due to IATA guidelines there are restrictions associated with shipping perfume fragrance and other HAZMAT items. Any cosmetics with fragrances will only be available to purchase in selected countries. Due to the additional requirements, please allow an additional 2-3 days shipping for orders including perfume fragrances. Please note for orders placed out-with the US there will be no returns for perfume fragrances. All fragrance sales are final.
I. MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and items to be reviewed for the following issues:
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number.
If you are missing items or have not received your full order.
All missing or damaged items must be reported and submitted within 7 days of receiving item(s) to be eligible for review. Any requests submitted after 7 days, cases may no longer be eligible for review.
J. POLICY MISUSE
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
K . TAX & DUTY
All orders are shipped from United States.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website. Tax & duties may be calculated against the order value prior to any discount or sale prices being applied. If there are additional charges to be made, shipping carrier will contact you for payment before or upon delivery. You are solely responsible for any additional taxes or duty charges.
If you refuse to pay tax & duties applied to your order, shipping carrier will attempt to return your order to Keed Cosmetics. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
