  1. Order Cancellation:

       Order cancellations are not available due to our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests        cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items. (Please see return policy for more information on returns.)

 

    2. Shipping:

       All orders are shipped from United States.

  • At this time, we ship to addresses that are located within the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories.
     

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). This applies to all orders including international orders and with all currency conversions equal or more than the amount of $75. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.
     

  • Shipping costs varies depending on location.

    3. Shipping Restrictions
 

  • Shipping is available to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs. (Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses is only available within the US)

  • Delivery to PO Boxes may take 5-12 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.

  • Please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your address.

  • Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.

    4. MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS

Please send an email to CS@keedcosmetics.com and provide your order number and items to be reviewed for the following issues:

  1. If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number.

  2. If you are missing items or have not received your full order.

All missing or damaged items must be reported and submitted within 7 days of receiving item(s) to be eligible for review. Any requests submitted after 7 days, cases may no longer be eligible for review.

    5. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY MISUSE

We will monitor and reserve the right to limit excessive returns or exchanges.
