Order Cancellation:
Order cancellations are not available due to our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items. (Please see return policy for more information on returns.)
2. Shipping:
All orders are shipped from United States.

At this time, we ship to addresses that are located within the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). This applies to all orders including international orders and with all currency conversions equal or more than the amount of $75. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.

3. Shipping Restrictions
We ship only to valid physical street addresses.
PO Boxes:

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders submitted with a PO Box address will be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.

A physical residential or commercial address is required to ensure proper delivery, tracking, and carrier compliance.
Address Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Carrier Compliance:

Shipping carriers for products may require signature confirmation, delivery verification, or regulatory compliance, which cannot be fulfilled at PO Box locations.
Undeliverable Orders:

Orders returned due to invalid addresses or PO Box submissions may be subject to reshipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping is available to US territories, (within the US)

Orders are not processed on federal holidays.

Please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your address.

Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.

4. MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS

Please send an email to info@keedcosmetics.com and provide your order number and items to be reviewed for the following issues:

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number.

If you are missing items or have not received your full order.
All missing or damaged items must be reported and submitted within 7 days of receiving item(s) to be eligible for review. Any requests submitted after 7 days, cases may no longer be eligible for review.

5. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY MISUSE
We will monitor and reserve the right to limit excessive returns or exchanges.
